We are Concordia Pet Care, a young and dynamic 24-hour veterinary hospital located in Happy Valley. Our hospital spans over 10,000 sq. ft. and is equipped with comprehensive and advanced facilities.

We provide a wide range of veterinary services for dogs, cats, and exotic pets — from general practice to specialist care — and we operate 24 hours a day.

Our team is led by highly respected specialists: Dr. Elaine (canine/feline services, Diplomate ABVP; MANZCVS; CertAVP; Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist) and Dr. Zoltan (exotic services, Diplomate ACZM; Diplomate ABVP; RCVS Specialist; GPCert).

Our goal is to build a professional veterinary hospital that consistently meets the highest standards of animal welfare, while supporting both our clients and colleagues.

Receptionist (Client Service)

Job Description:

l Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean and organized

l Greet clients warmly and with hospitality; assist with check-in and check-out processes

l Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments

l Address client concerns and provide information about our services

l Provide empathy and support to clients during stressful times

l Communicate effectively with veterinarians and technicians regarding patient care

l Notify veterinarians of emergency cases promptly

l Process payments, issue invoices, and manage financial transactions

l Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:

l Form 5 or above

l Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese

l Strong interpersonal and communication skills

l Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

l Genuine love for animals and interest in animal welfare

l 2+ years of customer service experience (experience in a veterinary clinic preferred)

Candidates with exceptional skills or a strong passion for the veterinary field will also be considered, regardless of prior experience.
