Service Arrangements for Electrical Inspection on 21 September 2026

Dear clients,

Building management has notified us that a five-yearly periodic inspection of the building's communal electrical installations will take place on Monday, 21 September 2026. To allow the inspection to proceed, Concordia Pet Care's services will be adjusted as follows.

All times below are Hong Kong time and use the 24-hour clock.

Cat and dog consultations and emergency services

• Suspended: 08:00–20:00 on 21 September.

• Resumption: Night consultations and emergency services will resume at 20:00 that evening, following completion of the electrical inspection.

Exotic pet consultations, inpatient care and emergency services

• Suspended: All day on 21 September.

• Resumption: Normal services will resume on Tuesday, 22 September.

Telephone and WhatsApp enquiries

Telephone and WhatsApp enquiry services will also be unavailable during the electrical inspection and service suspension.

If your pet needs urgent medical care during the suspension

Please seek help from another veterinary clinic rather than waiting for a telephone or WhatsApp reply from us.

The inspection is being carried out to maintain electrical safety in the building and clinic. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
