Job description:

* Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean and organized

* Greet clients warmly and provide hospitable service, assist with check-in and check-out processes

* Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments

* Address client concerns and provide information about our services

* Provide empathy and support to clients during stressful times

* Communicate effectively with veterinarians and technicians regarding patient care

* Inform the veterinarian about emergency cases

* Process payments, issue invoices, and manage financial transactions

* Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:

* Form 5 or above

* Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese

* Good interpersonal and communication abilities

* Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

* Genuine love for animals and interest in animal welfare

* 2 years+ of customer service experience, previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred.

Candidates with exceptional skills or a strong passion for working in the veterinary field will be considered, regardless of prior experience.
