Kylie is a 10 year old Husky. She had chronic right hind limb lameness which had not improved with conservative treatment (painkillers, joint supplement and injections) and acupuncture for weeks. Therefore owner brought her to us.

Cranial cruciate ligament disease was diagnosed. Her medial meniscus was also found to have been torn and there was advanced degenerative joint disease, which was not uncommon with untreated cranial cruciate disease. Tibial plateau leveling osteotomy was performed. After a period of recovery, she was walking very well with no obvious lameness.
