Law Sun Pui is a qualified veterinary nurse, certified in Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (AIRC) in 2017, and has been working in the field since 2011. Since 2019, she has focused on caring for small animals, developing deep clinical insight into the unique needs of exotic species. While her favorite animals are dogs, she finds even greater fulfillment working with exotic pets — birds, reptiles, and small mammals — due to the sensitivity and complexity of their care.

As the Hospital Manager for Exotic Service at Concordia Pet Care, Pui is responsible for protocol development, clinical quality oversight, and staff training. Her leadership is rooted in collaboration, precision, and compassion — all directed toward advancing Concordia’s standards in exotic animal care.

She believes veterinary work goes far beyond medicine — it’s a journey of empathy, patience, and trust.
