"Concordia Senior Care Plan" provides comprehensive health assessments for senior pets.

The Concordia Senior Care Plan is suitable for dogs aged 7 years and older, as well as cats aged 8 years and older.

Components of Senior Care Plan include:

Comprehensive physical examination and health check: Assessing the pet's overall condition through questioning, physical examination, listening, observing oral health, skin, ears, cardiovascular and respiratory systems, blood pressure, mammary glands, and limb and bones.

Full blood cell rapid test (complete blood count + biochemistry + electrolyte test): Analyzing red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, liver, kidneys, proteins, blood phosphorus, cholesterol, and indices such as sodium, potassium, and chloride.

Thyroid Function (T4): Used to evaluate thyroid-related diseases; abnormalities in thyroid function are common in senior animals, such as hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism.

Early kidney function test (SDMA): SDMA is a blood biomarker that helps assess early kidney disease and kidney function.

Urinalysis: Checking urine for protein, sugar, pH, specific gravity, bilirubin, urobilinogen, ketones, nitrites, urinary occult blood, and microscopic examination of urine sediment.

Eye examination (dogs): Including tonometry eye exam, schirmer tear test to assess eye health.
