Dr. Eugenie graduated from the University of Glasgow Veterinary Medicine & Surgery in the United Kingdom in 2012.

Prior to that, Dr. Eugenie completed her bachelor’s degree in Biology with honors at the Ohio State University in the United States. She focused her studies on evolution, ecology, organismal biology, and took a special interest in ethology. During her stay in the United States, Dr. Eugenie volunteered at various vet hospital, wildlife center as well as animal shelters. That’s when she knew it was her calling to become a veterinarian.

Dr. Eugenie returned home to Hong Kong after obtaining her veterinarian degree, and joined the Peace Avenue Veterinary Clinic (PAVC, now CityU VMC) for 10 years. During that time, she spent a few years as surgical intern and ophthalmology intern.

Dr. Eugenie is excited to join Concordia Pet Care to continue her path in helping animals in need. She is focused in the care of each and every one of her animal friends.

In her free time, Dr. Eugenie enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family, including a toddler and an energetic rescue border collie, Dash.
