Pui is an Australian accredited qualified-veterinary nurse, she joined this industry in 2011 and completed her Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (AIRC) in 2017 .She started to work with exotics animal in 2019, her favourite animal is dog but she enjoys working with exotics animal more as they are more fragile and challenging. 

She is also a hedgehog lover. She has a mongrel which adopted from SPCA in 2022. On her day off she likes to spend time on her dog, plants and practice yoga. Currently she is studying a pet grooming course too.
