Dr. Simon was born in Hong Kong and studied in England during his teenage years before he acquired his veterinary degree at the University of Sydney. During his time in Australia, he spent a few years helping and treating various animals in the wild and in shelters. 

In 2015, Dr. Simon decided to return home to pursue his career helping animals in Hong Kong. He worked in a 24 hour emergency animal hospital and worked as a general practitioner for a few years. He believed that a caring heart, attention to details and adequate communication with clients provide better veterinary care to our small animal patients. Outside of work, Dr. Simon enjoys cooking, going to the beaches and travailing. He is also a big fan of football. He now has a cat named Mellow and an aquarium which is home to many corals and fishes.
