Dear Pet Parents, 

Concordia Exotic Services will be closed from 22nd January to 25th January 2023 (during the Chinese New Year). Unfortunately, we cannot provide medical care for exotic animals during this time. Our Dogs & Cats' medical services and 24 Hour Emergency services will be the same as usual if you would like to make an appointment please call us beforehand. Thanks for your understanding!

1. If your exotic pet has been seen by Dr. Zoltan or Dr. Jamie recently and needs immediate veterinary care during this period, please take it to one of the other exotic clinics. Please ask the hospital you choose to contact us, and we will send over your pet's medical record as quickly as possible. 

2. If your pet is under treatment from Dr. Zoltan or Dr. Jamie and you need advice regarding this treatment, please get in touch with us via Whatsapp (+852 5537 0847). We will get back to you after checking with Dr. Zoltan/ Dr. Jamie. (We will try our best to get back to you within 24 hours.)
