Our Exotic Department is one of the very few specialist veterinary teams in Hong Kong able to deliver advanced medical services for your exotic pets. The department is led by Dr. Zoltan Szabo, the only veterinarian in Asia who holds four internationally recognised specialist qualifications in avian, exotic companion mammal, zoo, and wildlife medicine. Dr. Zoltan possesses six postgraduate degrees in exotic animal medicine from three countries—including Diplomate of the American College of Zoological Medicine (Zoological Companion Animals), Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (Avian and Exotic Companion Mammal), RCVS Specialist in Zoo & Wildlife Medicine (UK), and several other European and UK certifications. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Jockey Club College of Veterinary Medicine and Life Sciences, City University of Hong Kong, and has participated in wildlife medicine and research across nine countries on four continents, bringing unparalleled experience to our team.
